Shipping: 

Items are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of the date the order is received.  


Cancellations:

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Reach out as soon as possible for an order cancellation request.

Returns/exchanges: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please email [email protected] and we'll work it out!

We want you to be happy with your order! If you are at all concerned about an item's size, color, etc. please inquire about it prior to purchasing. Since we do not accept returns, we want to be sure you know exactly what you'll be recieving.

International Shipping:

Any VAT or other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs occasionally hold packages for up to several weeks and this is unfortunately out of our control. Please be aware of your country's customs fees and policies.
